Sub. Plans
The one thing I don't like about having a substitute is that I have to write out plans. I know what I am doing tomorrow, and I could just do it. But, in order to leave to go to a conference I have to have everything I do written out for the substitute to take care of it all. But, I know once I get to the conference that won't matter anymore. I will relax enjoy and learn something. I am excited for the chance to learn something about how to be a better teacher. What a good day it is going to be. I just have to get through writing the Sub. Plans. Then I can do then next thing I don't like, cleaning my desk.

I. HATE. Subplans! Sure I would love to have a day off, and conferences are great. But, I would much rather just work the day than write out sub plans. Too much to worry about. When I was getting ready to have Kaitlyn at the end of the school year last year, I had to write out 2 weeks worth of subplans. AWFUL!!! And I ended up not needing them at all. (But it sure made my last 2 weeks of teaching SO easy, because I already had everything ready- copies made, activities planned, supplies laid out.)
